I’ve been a patient at 360 Dental for a while now, and from the beginning, everyone has always been incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. I struggled for a long time to find a dental practice I could fully trust—until a friend recommended 360. I knew right away I’d found the right place. When I decided to improve my smile, 360 was the obvious choice. I had a few consultations with Dr. Jayme, with Jay supporting me throughout the entire process. My main concern was that my teeth were quite square and barely visible when I smiled. I also wasn’t happy with their overall shape. During the consultations, Dr. Jayme explained everything in detail and answered all my questions thoroughly. It was clear that both he and the entire team genuinely wanted me to feel confident and happy with the final result. We decided on composite bonding. The results went far beyond what I imagined. I never thought I could have such a naturally beautiful smile. Dr. Jayme didn’t just improve the appearance—he created something that looks and feels completely right for me. The shape and colour are so natural, and the overall look is elegant, balanced, and simply stunning. Dr. Jayme truly worked magic—what he did goes beyond dentistry. It’s art. Every line, every contour, every shade looks effortless and natural, yet clearly crafted with precision and talent. You can tell he cares deeply about his work—it shows in the attention to detail, thought, and artistic eye he brings to every step. A big thanks also to Jay, who was absolutely incredible—so kind, patient, and helpful. She made sure I understood every step and felt good about everything. Her support made the whole experience feel calm and positive, and I truly appreciated how much she cared about getting everything just right for me. For the first time in years, I smile freely and confidently. It’s made a huge difference in how I feel day to day. My only regret is not doing it sooner. I had teeth whitening and composite bonding with Jayme at 360 Dental Care, and the whole experience has been incredible from start to finish. Jayme and the team genuinely care about their patients they take the time to explain everything clearly, listen to what you want, and make you feel completely at ease throughout. The “15-minute smile” that Jayme offers was such a standout part of the process, seeing a preview of how my teeth could look before starting made all the difference and gave me real confidence in the result. The outcome has exceeded my expectations. My smile looks brighter, more even, and completely natural — it’s transformed how I feel about my teeth. I can’t stop smiling! The attention to detail and artistry in Jayme’s work is outstanding. I’ve already booked regular hygiene appointments because I wouldn’t trust anyone else now. 360 Dental Care is easily the best dental experience I’ve ever had, amazing results, exceptional care, and a team that truly makes you feel looked after. If you’re searching for the ideal Dental Practice look no further, you have found it! I was recommended 360 Dental through family and although i was naturally reluctant at first, i can truly attest through my personal experience this was the best decision i have made. This is truly one of the best Dental Practices i have been to and the staff at 360 exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff at 369 are all very supportive, caring and kind. Not only have they made my visits better but they have made my entire journey exceptionally smooth from the beginning. They have accommodated to my schedule and ensured there was a clear timeline which made my experience a far lot easier. Jay was a big part of my journey and had made me feel that i was in the right hands. She was lovely, kind and has supported me through every step ensuring i was happy with everything. Jayme performed my composite bonding and through his impeccable skill, i now have my dream smile. I could not have entrusted my journey in better hands. As a person who is naturally anxious, Jayme made me feel very comfortable and explained each step of the process as we went along. The level of care, detail and sophistication put into the end result was exceptional. His skill is truly unmatched. He has potentially changed my life and I am very grateful for my smile. A very welcoming and amazing team, from the receptionists to the dental team. Really happy with the end results and with the support and treatments I received. I had gum contouring, teeth whitening and composite veneers. Dr Stewart was amazing and I love my new smile, they look better than I could have ever imagined. Would recommend 100%.

Had really great experiences with the doctors and dentists here. Always really friendly. The reason I give it 1 star is because of how they treated me and my mental health. On the way to an appointment I had a panic attack and missed it. I let them know and that my mental health was bad. I still got a request for payment for missed appointment. I kind of understand they have to do this, but as a loyal customer for years and the fact I was due to have some treatment costing over £1,000 it just didn’t leave a nice taste in my mouth (pun intended). What made it worse was then how they dealt with me afterwards. They said they support me with my mental health by sending a reminder message the day before. They send that to everyone and to claim that was personal to me to support my mental health seemed insensitive and basically a lie. Then they suggested I get a dentist who comes to my home if I suffer from panic attacks. They didn’t seem to want to resolve anything so I could continue using them and to suggest a home doctor so I don’t leave the house, may seem like it’s helping, but it really wasn’t. All in all to be going through a difficult period and to have them emailing me back and forth and clearly not wanting me as a client any longer was very stressful and wasn’t needed at a stressful time. I know money is the most important thing in a business, I’m not naive, I just thought the people and customers were also important to them but that isn’t the case. Such a shame that great dentists and hygienists are let down by whoever manages their admin/comms. And if you suffer with your mental health - definitely avoid.
