The clinic is full of lovely ladies with immense patience and understanding for their patients. Dr. Pawelec is amazing, explaining everything clearly without medical jargon. Ania has incredible knowledge of the clinic and its patients. The lady in the collection room lovingly draws blood painlessly from the very first puncture. As for the comments about the long wait, I suggest you direct your complaints to the government, and that's it.
