Hey Floks, Recently I have dialed the columbia radiology to book an appointment for my daughter, the caller shruti from Radiology team were very rude on call and refused to give appointment without proper reason. Its really shame of columbia team ad trained them in this way. and you guys don't have any rights to be vulgar to customer/patient. We will be in pain try to understand the situations and I want you to clear Ms Shruti I have called you for help and be nice when you are working for hospital not for share market.hope you correct your mistake and be good to others atleast going forward.

Dr Savita Shetty performed surgery on my mother and and we went back for repeated check for upto 1 year after that. She told us everything was fine. Next year we shifted home so we went to another doctor for check up. He told us there was a surgical long thread left in the uterus cavity from the surgery. We told him surgery was done more than 1.5 years ago which shocked him. Inspite of repeated check ups with her, she was negligent and left the thread inside which could have become very dangerous if it had become septic and got infected. Very bad experience.

To start the hospital is very clean and hygiene. But what I observed is the staffs are not well trained, most they failed to assist patients for instance you hardly see anyone volunteer to come and help you register at the entrance. of course they have one best doctors but they lack co ordination with patients. Being in other hospitals of same standard this hospital offers less facilities for example even if you are taking room with single bed the patient care taker won't get a bed just a couch. Their canteen is expensive and taste of food is average. I would definitely choose other hospitals nearby than this especially in terms of cost vs service

Very Satisfied with the overall service, be it the Doctors starting from emergency ward Dr. Sana to every other Doctor who attended to me during my stay and the support staff of nurse's and house keeping. All doctors were patient enough to explain the treatment and procedures.

I cam with a patient who had severe pain in stomach and chest and during diagnosis patient were given the food which was adulterated with stone and glass pieces and manager on duty denied to give on writing. Anything can go wrong with the patient and infact they denied to take undertaking the same. I had to call 100 for the help

The appointment process was smooth, and reception staff were courteous. Doctors and nurses were professional and explained the treatment clearly. The hospital was clean and well-maintained, with a reasonable waiting time. Medicines can also be conveniently purchased at the OPD counter. Overall, a positive experience.

The doctors at the clinic are quite good and professional, which I truly appreciate. However, the experience with the reception staff leaves much to be desired. Despite having a booked appointment, it is common to wait for about an hour or more. This defeats the purpose of scheduling a specific time, as everyone ends up waiting in a general queue with unpredictable delays. It would be helpful if the clinic could improve its appointment management and ensure better coordination at the reception to respect patients’ time.
