Se está a pensar fazer um lifting SMAS profundo, o meu principal conselho é que tenha muito cuidado na escolha da clínica. No meu caso, o médico e a equipa deixaram-me uma boa impressão. Antes da cirurgia, o cirurgião marcou as linhas dos cortes e, depois, examinou-me pessoalmente. A coordenadora também esteve sempre disponível. A minha cirurgia abrangeu o pescoço e a parte inferior do rosto, além de ter sido realizado um lipofilling sob anestesia geral. Agora sinto-me mais ou menos como esperava. Não houve despesas adicionais. Mas, no geral, a minha impressão da clínica é mediana, pelo que a avaliação global não é muito elevada. Por isso, o meu principal conselho aos futuros pacientes é que se informem mais detalhadamente sobre a clínica!

O coordenador esteve sempre disponível. Não tenho quaisquer hematomas, nem mesmo suspeitos; não tenho a certeza do que me fizeram. Talvez tenham feito um «smas» em vez de um «deep plane».

A consulta com o médico foi no consultório, e não na clínica! A operação foi realizada num antigo hospital municipal! O médico falou muito pouco sobre a operação e, sobretudo, sobre os riscos! Foram feitas muito mais incisões e pontos do que o acordado na consulta!

A minha maior preocupação antes da viagem eram os custos adicionais inesperados e, infelizmente, essa preocupação revelou-se justificada. Os meus custos adicionais com duas sessões de drenagem linfática, uma injeção para prevenir trombose no voo de regresso e as refeições no hotel ascenderam a 450 €. O meu conselho aos futuros pacientes é, portanto: é imprescindível esclarecer antecipadamente quaisquer custos adicionais que possam surgir. À parte isso, o meu cirurgião foi excelente. Marcou as áreas a tratar com muito cuidado antes da operação, o que me transmitiu confiança. Na lipoaspiração Vaser, foram removidos mais de 4 litros de gordura e, até agora, a recuperação está a decorrer conforme o esperado. A clínica prestou-me um bom apoio após a intervenção, esteve sempre disponível e forneceu-me um guia claro para os cuidados pós-operatórios. Caso os conhecimentos linguísticos não sejam suficientes, é absolutamente essencial solicitar um intérprete.

No fim de contas, o pacote completo foi perfeito. A coordenadora esteve sempre à minha disposição, organizou tudo o que era possível e esclareceu todas as dúvidas. Ela foi simplesmente fantástica. O médico foi muito simpático, mas sempre um pouco lacónico. Devido à barreira linguística, não foi assim tão fácil esclarecer muitas coisas de uma só vez. Na maioria das vezes, isso só foi possível posteriormente, no grupo do WhatsApp da coordenadora. O transporte e o hotel escolhido também foram excelentes e, acima de tudo, todos foram simpáticos. A clínica era aceitável. Os quartos não pareciam tão esterilizados como na Alemanha, mas os cuidados médicos foram muito bons. Também o pessoal de enfermagem, apesar da barreira linguística, esforçava-se sempre por conversar connosco. Ainda bem que, no meu caso, tinha o Google Tradutor.

Foi prometida uma consulta preliminar detalhada, mas esta não se realizou. Um intérprete no local teria sido muito útil. Recomendaria um período mais longo, de pelo menos 10 dias. A minha viagem de regresso foi tudo menos agradável. Os tubos de drenagem foram retirados no dia da partida, apesar de ainda haver uma produção excessiva de líquido da ferida. Ao chegar à Alemanha, dirigi-me imediatamente ao serviço de urgências para descartar a possibilidade de algo mais grave.

A minha experiência foi incrível. O Dr. Mustafa foi fantástico e fez-me sentir completamente à vontade, e as enfermeiras foram muito simpáticas e atenciosas durante todo o processo. A minha coordenadora médica, Lara, foi absolutamente incrível e apoiou-me em todas as etapas. A cirurgia correu perfeitamente, exatamente como eu queria. Não poderia estar mais feliz com os resultados. Estou muito grata a toda a equipa por tornar o meu sonho realidade e por me devolver a confiança ☺️❤️. Para quem está a pensar fazer um lifting do pescoço, eis a minha opinião ponderada. O cirurgião e a equipa médica foram excelentes, e estou contente por ter optado pela técnica do plano profundo. A melhor parte é ver que as rugas do pescoço já desapareceram. Isso é uma grande vitória. No entanto, a clínica em si foi uma verdadeira desilusão e não correspondeu à qualidade da equipa médica, razão pela qual não posso atribuir uma classificação global mais elevada. A recuperação é um processo; sinto o pescoço confortavelmente apertado e as minhas incisões ainda estão bastante vermelhas, enquanto a cinta de compressão constante tem sido a parte mais desafiante. É uma recomendação complexa, porque os cuidados cirúrgicos foram sólidos, mas as instalações não.

A equipa médica foi maravilhosa. As enfermeiras foram muito simpáticas e encorajadoras. Senti-me realmente apoiada por elas

Dar uma resposta rápida aos familiares quando os procedimentos demoram consideravelmente mais tempo do que o previsto (8 horas em vez das 3 horas previstas). Compreender a ansiedade causada pelo tempo adicional necessário e dar prioridade à comunicação com os familiares que aguardam novidades.

O que mais me preocupava era saber como seria a recuperação e quão intensa seria a dor. Para meu alívio, tudo acabou por ser bastante suportável. Nesta fase da cicatrização, o maior desconforto tem sido a irritação causada pelo penso, e não a dor da cirurgia em si, o que foi uma agradável surpresa para mim. O meu cirurgião utilizou a técnica de lifting com âncora e implantes Mentor, e eu confiava plenamente na sua abordagem. Os mamilos estão a cicatrizar bem, embora ainda seja cedo para avaliar a forma final dos seios. Todo o pessoal da clínica foi muito atencioso e apoiou-me em cada passo. Foi uma boa escolha.

Estou muito satisfeita com a minha experiência🥰🥰🥰 Desde o início, os coordenadores mantiveram-se sempre em contacto, ajudaram-me com todas as questões e apoiaram-me em todas as etapas.
