I’m a student studying in berlin from India. I came in emergency to with 40 degree fever and i had pyogenic tonsillitis. They told me to wait took my covid test and blood pressure. The the doctor came saw my throat and say it’s not a big deal just normal tonsils. “He gave me the medicine for normal tonsils not for the pyogenic tonsillitis. I came home i still couldn’t sleep all night again i had 40 fever. Which is okay. Next morning was also the same. Then I consulted with some doctor in India , they told me get admitted in the hospital for at least for 3..4 days because my throat is getting worse. To be noted- I cannot eat anything or swallow. I went back to hospital again and and this nurse came , i told her i was here yesterday night in emergency. She told me to take my mask off and said “ WHY ARE YOU HERE AGAIN” . I told I cannot eat and sleep it’s getting more worse. Then she said “ CAN’T YOU LIVE WITHOUT FOOD FOR 2 DAYS”. And told me to seat in a corner. There was no one in the end.I waited for 1 hour , my fever was 39.
I called her again and told her I’m feeling worse. can i have my papers back. Without saying anything she gave back my papers and left.
“I PAY HEALTH INSURANCE NOT TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS AND WITH HALF TREATMENT “
She was a racist.

I was here for four nights and had a very positive experience. The hospital is clean and the staff are professional and kind. One of the best features of the hospital is the gardens which are very peaceful and make a lovely environment to recuperate in.

My son visits the swimming pool here, and once I left my headphones on the bench in the courtyard. When we got home, I immediately called the hospital and reported the loss. My headphones were found in less than half an hour and brought to reception, where the staff member then handed them over to me. A very friendly team, and thank you again.

Spent 3 days in Station 1 + the surgery. great experience despite the circumstances. extremely kind and responsive staff, good facilities. thank you.
