After the pregnancy didn't work out for us for over a year, we made an appointment at the fertility center. Appointments were always made without any problems and you got an appointment quickly. The waiting times were never longer than 20 minutes (even though it was sometimes quite full).
The receptionists/employees were all super friendly and helpful. They also answered questions if you were unsure about medication, etc

Also Dr. van Uem was always friendly to us and we got along well with his manner. The man is a specialist in his field and focuses exclusively on fertility treatment. For some, this focused style can sometimes seem a bit harsh. He doesn't beat around the bush for long and just says what's going on pretty directly. We had no problem with that. And this way you don't waste time unnecessarily. It actually worked out quite naturally for us ^^
We thank you for the great support. We can recommend the fertility center with a clear conscience!

My wife and I went to this clinic from 2020 to 2022.
This clinic doesn't help couples have children; their only interest is money.
We spent a lot of money without following the right path.
No medication or supplement was recommended or prescribed to help strengthen sperm. Trying and trying to conceive was the only thing, obviously paying each time.
Despite healthcare assistance, we spent over €5,000.00 with no positive results!
Dr. Jan van Uem is absolutely not suited to helping couples have children.
We wasted two years and a lot of money.
At another clinic, after all the tests, we were recommended nutritional supplements.
After three months, our first child arrived.
!!!!!!! We would not recommend this clinic to anyone.!!!!!!!

The first contacts are amazing. Extremely friendly from the receptionists to the Dr. Jan Van Uem. He is honest, committed and doesn't beat around the bush. Anyone who wants to have children is definitely in good hands here.

No one can guarantee that your fertility journey will be successful in the end, that's clear. But here you'll find a doctor who approaches the matter with focus and, above all, a plan. He doesn't beat around the bush and tells you directly what needs to be done. I personally appreciate that. However, it can also offend some people. In the end, we were lucky. We're now holding a healthy baby in our arms. I don't regret the journey or the effort for a second. I would recommend this doctor to my best friend, too.

I never usually write reviews, but this is a matter close to my heart. My husband and I felt very well looked after from day one. If we had any questions, we could get in touch at any time and received a prompt response. We also got to know Dr. van Uem as a very warm, humorous, and goal-oriented doctor, which is why I don't understand the negative reviews here. The treatment itself, and this should be clear to everyone, depends primarily on physical factors. We knew from the start that a single attempt would not be enough. I do consider the first attempt a "success"; I did get pregnant, but unfortunately it was in the fallopian tube, which is something none of us, not even a doctor in the world, has any influence over. After the tubal surgery was successful, we quickly moved on to the second attempt, and we were finally discharged on December 27, 2024. All in all, we were "only" in treatment for 7 months until we were successful (including a 2-month break for surgery, etc.), which I had actually imagined would be more lengthy and stressful before the treatment. We are overjoyed and infinitely grateful; not only Dr. van Uem, but also his staff and the new resident were very kind, friendly, and goal-oriented. I am more than happy to have chosen this practice and would recommend it anytime! I know myself how stressful trying to have children can be, but you should never lose touch with reality and always be aware that nature and the human body cannot be 100% controlled, even by a doctor. Excellent work is done up until the transfer, and from the transfer onward, it's up to the organism and you have no influence over it. As I said, I was very satisfied from the first day to the last and am already planning to come back here for a second child in 1-2 years!
