This is first.
Secondly, we waited for a consultation for 30 minutes, I apologize, but then how is this clinic different from the state one if such delays are possible and why did the doctor, realizing that she would not have time to treat the previous patient, not ask the administrator to warn us that there would be a delay, this is your reputation!
Thirdly, no one apologized or explained for 30 minutes of waiting, the consultation lasted a maximum of 1 minute and said that for treatment we need to make an appointment for the next appointment, to my dissatisfaction that we waited 30 minutes and whether we can be treated now, the doctor seemed to be ready to agree, but I was already outraged by this attitude and we left and will never return to this clinic. Personally, I also once applied for a tooth augmentation and the doctor could not make an accurate x-ray and she said that the canals need to be listed, I went to another clinic and I had an x-ray and nothing needed to be listed and they had a tooth augmentation on the spot without any problems. Then I thought that I was just unlucky. In the case of my daughters, I read positive reviews about pediatric dentistry, but in practice - wasted time and indignation.
