Dr. Salinda Johnson is always so warm, precise, and attentive to your needs. I’ve had a keloid removal here, and Dr. Salinas’ expertise is truly impeccable. She makes sure you understand everything and feel comfortable every step of the way. The patient administrators are also really friendly and attentive — overall, such a great experience! If you need a keloid removal, I would highly recommend LCC.

I have mixed feelings about my experience at this clinic. Came in for a consultation and went in hoping to discuss a noticeable scar on my face from a previous surgery and to see if scar excision might be an option. When I met with the consultant, I was told that they couldn’t do anything for the scars on my body. Since I recently had another surgery, they advised me to check with my surgeon first about whether I could have scar revision pre post-op. In the end, the only treatment they recommended was dermal filler.

I’ve visited twice so far for steroid injection treatments to support the healing of surgical scars, and I’ve seen significant improvement. Dr. Johnson is highly professional and kind, and her team is friendly and helpful throughout the process. That said, there is some room for improvement in the front-desk greeting experience—it could feel a bit more welcoming upon arrival.
