Facing pathetic experience today. This is our first visit here for my uncle's small operation. Initially doctor given estimated time of 3 hours (1 hour for operation and 2 hours for post operation observations and clearance process). We came here at around 8 am today (as recommended by doctor). Operation is completed by 9:45, still now clearance processes are not completed. Just wanted to mention here, we have already paid the full amount in advance, no insurance processes are there. Moreover, no one is here who can give an approximate time to release the patient. And finally their behaviour, it's like wow, I mean even labours behave gently than these people. I am not sure when will return back home today. Will update remaining exp later. Only suggestion to everyone, please keep twice time free as the initial estimated time.

Worst unprofessional and pathetic behavior you can expect from a hospital. We had visited with patient of very high fever and moved her to emergency. It took 4 hours to get the preliminary response, the reports were expected to deliver within 4 hours, which after full payment turned to the next day. When we visited next day, the response was THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH STUFFS TODAY so cannot give report . We were forced to buy medicines that were not even listed in the recommendation list of doctor. The one more interesting thing, you will find more quiet atmosphere in market than the Emergency ward of this hospital. I had a very good impression and response of this hospital chain in Kolkata, which completely ruined after this. Be at your own risk.

We are trying from morning to get the test report but the Customer Care people are transferring the call to dispatch team and they are not pick the call. We are calling your customer care more than eight time. Tomorrow we are having a doctor appointment without this report it’s of no use. We never expected this kind of poor response from Narayana health care .

Treatment facility is well but you need more mentally strong as they will hesitate you at the time of admission . They will sent back when ever you come for admission . It should be changed

Very worst hospital. No humanity, no hospitalist. Totally dosen't care customers. Bad support from staff.useless hospital , no it's not hospital money making machine. They have to learn what is hospitality.

Unprofessional doctors only money mind management please don't go this hospital this my personal experience. There is no co-ordination between the doctor's and they want weeks together to take identify the problems.

This is the worst hospital that i have seen, my father admitted in hospital for surgery 2weeks ago still they didn't do surgery. And they forced us to pay full amount for surgery to start treatment until that they didn't see patient properly..We should wait for lab reports for days together which we get in 1hr in other labs. No proper attention to patient. doctors will not be available in holidays. Their staf give reason for lab reports as festival and sunday so n so..Dr. Devi shetty sir we never expected this treatment from your hospital. This is completely corporate hospital. They doing business with patients health.

One of the worst and third class hospital ever seen in my life, specially neuro dept..5days 5diff tests and end up giving any kinda conclusions.this hospital doesn't favour any middle class people and Emergency patient..
