I used to come to this clinic with my mom when I was a child, I am 30 years old now and have been bringing my own children for years now . Dr Sampath is my children’s pediatrician and she’s a great doctor. She always listens to my concerns, she’s caring, patient and she has always sent the referrals for my children right away If they have needed to see a specialist. My children and I always feel comfortable with her. The medical assistants Juan, Kiara and the rest of the ones that work there are all great ! They used to give 15 min grace period but it changed some time ago and now you have to be on time or they will give your appointment to walk in patient so make sure to always be on time .

My daughter took two shots. The nurse was amazing. My daughter didn’t cry and she said that she loved the clinic. What I can’t expect more about this amazing place? I recommend for everyone! Oh! I scheduled the appointment for the same day! Fantastic! Thank you!

Im mute but I can hear, which the lady at the front desk knew from speaking to me in the beginning but while waiting for a drop in intake with the therapist ( I was told she was free after the client she took 20 minutes after I had arrived and so I waited) the lady started to act like I needed an interpreter. I think no one wanted to service me because when I got in with the therapist she said she had another appointment after. They were kind and condescending. The therapist talked to the interpreter instead of me and when I used a voice text speech she tried to act like she couldn’t understand it. I wouldn’t recommend them for mental health help if you’re like me but maybe that’s just the care I got as the only black person there. Everyone else got quick appropriate care…

I would actually give zero stars if I could. I went there maybe two years ago for a psychiatry, the psychiatrist was so argumentative, rude and outdated, (mike jones) I immediately found psychiatry elsewhere. Recently, I’ve been back to establish primary care and it’s been nothing but a headache trying to schedule and be seen by them. They originally scheduled me with a practitioner who had two weeks left at the clinic and would no longer be working there( Why would I want to establish care with the doctor Who’s leaving When I’ve been dealing with chronic undiagnosable issues for three years???) So that first appointment was A waste of time, They scheduled me weeks out again with a practitioner, Just to call me days before my appointment to reschedule with an actual doctor Due to the health concerns I’ve been experiencing. Come the day of the third rescheduled appointment Which was scheduled for 4:50 PM. They called me around 10 AM asking me to reschedule and I told them no I’ve been waiting a long time for this appointment. They then called me back around 11 AM asking if I could move my appointment up. I told them no, I have a therapy appointment and a meeting for something else during the day and that’s why I scheduled it for the afternoon. THEY CALLED ME AGAIN Around 2 PM asking me again to move my appointment up. I finally told them yes And I Received yet another phone call for them to check me into the appointment, Where she said the doctor should be calling you in 5 to 10 minutes. I waited 40 minutes before calling to find out what is going on And after I finally got a hold of somebody, she told me OK he should be calling you in another 30 minutes.. At that point it’s going to be 4:30 PM and I was harassed all day to move my appointment up just for me to sit around my phone for an hour waiting for a call.. This place is extremely unorganized and clearly does Not have any consideration for other people’s time.

i’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Northpark. The receptionist and those that are booking the appointments are friendly, engaged and so helpful. They really take their time to go the extra mile and answer questions, and if they can’t help you they refer you to someone that can, provide phone numbers or connect you directly. My personal primary care, Lori Lapina was beyond amazing! I truly feel that she saved my life. I appreciated that she truly listened to me, Heard what I have to say and directed me to get the help that I needed. I’m very grateful that I have access to this community of healthcare professionals.
