Good emergency services provided by the hospital staff and doctors. Very caring and cooperative staff. Good medical treatment and services like anytime x-ray, CT scan, MRI, first aid and other mandatory emergency treatment. Doctors give full satisfactory advice and guidance.

My uncle was admitted 9 years ago with 15% working lungs and walked off all better and we have atisfiedhad a blind faith in the doctors of Sarvodaya Hospital since then. On 31st January 2020 me and my family brought my grandmother to the emergency room where she stayed for 13 hours. She's 86 and got minimal attention. She got a room at 1 in the morning on 1st Feb 2020. This is the situation of the emergency room. It's not just us but I noticed many people who fought with the staff because of mismanagement.They're building huge buildings and expanding while the costs are obviously off the charts. But on top of that, it's the mismanagement that has led me to write this bad review.Believe me, it's better to invest your time and money in some other hospital to walk off with satisfaction.

Please don't consider this hospital for your loved one, they don't take patients seriously, they don't have proper equipments and they charge way too much and I am saying this because I had quite an experience here. They have a very nice group of bouncers but not good doctors. I am saying this again don't consider this hospital or you will suffer later.

Some verbal suggestions were not incorporated in the chart but then it was dully acknowledged. Rest of the things were good.

Worst management don't even have proper records of patients. Have to wait while day for one common thingAlso money is priority pay them and you will be treated first. I visited Dr Seema (gynecologist) her staff is very poor .They lost my card first and I waited for 4 hours they keep saying 20mins whenever I asked them for by chance.People of appointment of 12pm were treated at 3pm Ther don't value your time.When we went to complain to the head of OPD Sachin Verma was not available, even after calling he refused to listen and come. Go to this hospital if you have whole day for just seeing a doctor.

My Mother in law was admitted in the EMERGENCY yesterday or 31 St January around 12.30 hrs and was admitted at 1.30 am on 1st Feb that too after my raising my voice wd the Manager Mr Deepak.Worst thing is no medical attention was given..but a scare was given for amputation of the lower Limb as there was no sensation..now this was advised after viewing only...CT angio was done after 3 hrs at 7.15 pm and reports were added at 11.00 pm and admission at 1.00 am..and a condition was layed if we are going for Amputation then admission would be granted...till the til in emergency no medications were given...only when I shouted at the nursing staff at 8 pm they gave a pain killer...After admission the ward condition are much pathetic...nursing staff not at all co operative...hygiene is Zero..no anti bacterial or disinfectant is used....I have all photos of the se which I would be forwarding to the concerned..Further my complaint of emergency can be cross checked wd the in side recording of cameras of emergency.PLEASE RESPONDTheir is no sanitation..basic needs of a patient is not provided...like tissue paper...house keeping facilities..clean water.. cooperation in staff itself is not thereTill today or 06th March 2020 the authority at Sarvodaya is mum for my above compliant...and my Mother in law has significantly improved at some other Hospital to whom u am deeply thankful.... shortly I am going to post all relavant pics of Sarvodaya and my health of my mother in law.Shame to Sarvodaya Hospital.
