I have used this place twice already and the services from all the staff have been top notch, the manager is a lovely person. I have nothing to complain about so far. My second time I had a staff named Diana, she is such a lovely person, she was with me through out all my sessions and made me feel comfortable. She is an amazing staff. I count myself lucky to have been assigned to her.

First time getting laser treatment and I have always seen Julie. She is the loveliest lady, she makes you feel super comfortable, super chatty and makes the experience relaxing. Very knowledgeable with any questions you have. Wouldn’t go to anyone else! The treatment has worked well, my hair growth has reduced by over 60% with another session left to go, barely ever have to shave now which is what I wanted. Highly recommend

Just turned up for my appointment at Albert square only to find the doors locked and no notice at all. Only after calling, it said they have "ceased all trading" and to visit the website. There is no other information or contact available or email... I have paid a lot of money for my treatments and they were going great with Jenny (who was fantastic). I am extremely disappointed and expect a full refund given I was promised a service after paying and I am no longer receiving due to the company ceasing trading.

Helen was amazing from the beginning of my consultation to the end of my treatment! I was given the best guidance on which treatments would be most effective for my skin. She always kept me informed throughout the treatment and eased my mind. She was very professional and I felt comfortable at all times. I would highly recommend!! My skin care concerns were listened to and addressed appropriately. Thanks so much!

From entering the clinic to leaving, the staff couldn't have been nicer. Everything was explained about the procedure and I felt reassured. The procedure went very smoothly and the Doctor and her assistant were excellent, no pain, no discomfort a really professional experience. Would definitely go there again, highly recommend them.
