I recently had Mia Femtech surgery with Mr Marando and cannot speak highly enough of the care I received. From the very first consultation through to post-operative care, Mr Marando was professional, kind, and completely transparent. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel fully informed and at ease every step of the way.
On the day of surgery, his calm and reassuring manner made all the difference. I felt genuinely cared for, not just as a patient but as a person. The results already look fantastic and I’m confident the final outcome will be even better.
If you’re looking for a surgeon who combines exceptional skill with empathy and integrity, I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr Marando. Thank you again for everything I’m incredibly grateful.

I had my first visit at Star Clinic in Altrincham, Manchester with Dr. Marando for implant removal, replacement, and a mastopexy — and I can honestly say the entire experience was outstanding.
From my initial consultation to the day of surgery and throughout the aftercare, the support and professionalism were truly exceptional. The entire team was calm, kind, and incredibly reassuring. The nurses upstairs were especially lovely and made me feel completely at ease.
Dr. Marando’s work exceeded all my expectations. I’m beyond pleased with the final result and can’t thank him enough for his incredible skill and care.

If I could leave 100 stars I would! Mr Marando and his team made my whole MIA experience a genuinely absolute pleasure, and I am overjoyed with the life changing results.
Massive thank you to Mr Marando for your knowledge, guidance and skill. And to the whole hospital team (shout out to Tracey who was the best nurse anyone could ask for). Also to Vicky and Chantelle on reception for being so attentive and lovely, what a team! ❤️
