Dr. Buse Cagla Ari, MD, is an Associate Professor of Neurology. She specializes in Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders, headache disorders, sleep disorders, and dementia. She works at Istanbul Medipol University and the Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders Center (PARMER). She previously served as an Assistant Professor at Bahcesehir University.

Her research focuses on Parkinson’s disease biomarkers, cognition, uric acid and cholesterol associations, restless legs syndrome, and complex headaches. This includes a 13-patient case series. She has published 15 international and 4 Turkish papers and 5 book chapters. Her work has 147 citations on Google Scholar (h-index 5) and 91 citations on Web of Science (h-index 5).

She is a member of the International Parkinson and Movement Disorders Society, the International Headache Society, and the Turkish Parkinson’s Disease Society. She serves as a peer reviewer for SAGE Open Medical Case Reports, BMC Neurology, and Parkinsonism & Related Disorders.

Operação DBS. Ali Zirch é o melhor e tem uma boa equipa. Porque a montagem do equipamento é um processo tão importante para os doentes como a operação para o instalar. Sinceramente, não consigo imaginar que uma operação destas possa ser efectuada na Ucrânia.... Claro que há médicos jovens e promissores. Mas não há equipamento.

Tivemos uma experiência muito positiva no hospital. O meu pai foi submetido a uma cirurgia e estamos gratos por poder dizer que foi bem sucedida. Os médicos e enfermeiros foram profissionais, atenciosos e garantiram que ele recebesse excelentes cuidados durante a sua estadia. As instalações do hospital estavam limpas e bem organizadas, e tudo correu de acordo com o planeado. A única coisa que vale a pena mencionar é que o custo total excedeu o que tínhamos planeado inicialmente, mas, de um modo geral, a qualidade dos cuidados e o sucesso do resultado fizeram com que valesse a pena. Uma clínica moderna e muito grande, com uma equipe acolhedora e atenciosa. Disponibilizaram transfer do aeroporto para o hotel e para o hospital.
