He completed his residency in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at Istanbul Taksim Training and Research Hospital in 2010. Dr. Paltura became an Associate Professor in 2020. He has worked at leading hospitals, including Haseki and Gaziosmanpaşa Taksim Training and Research Hospitals.

He received international training in voice surgery at Boston General Hospital. Dr. Paltura has published over 20 peer-reviewed scientific articles. He currently leads a private clinic in Kadıköy, Istanbul. His main areas of expertise are rhinoplasty, voice surgery, and general ENT procedures.
