Foi tudo ótimo! Aconselhamento acessível e de elevada qualidade por parte da coordenadora Tatiana da Bookmed! A Tatiana pôs-me em contacto com a intérprete Olga do Centro Especial de Saúde Ocular Veni Vidi Veni Vidi Göz Caddebostan No primeiro dia, fiz um exame de qualidade e, no mesmo dia, fui submetida a uma cirurgia de substituição da lente num dos olhos. A operação foi efectuada por uma médica maravilhosa com muitos anos de experiência, uma profissional na sua área - Sultan Kaya Unsal. A operação durou cerca de 6 minutos (para o primeiro olho), o segundo olho foi efectuado no dia seguinte em 4 minutos e 32 segundos! O processo foi indolor e sem stress. Hoje, mais de uma semana após a operação, vejo perfeitamente, leio e escrevo letras pequenas! Sem desconforto! O processo de recuperação está a decorrer! Muito obrigado pelo vosso trabalho e competência! Recomendo-o a toda a gente!

Gostei muito da organização do meu tratamento, desde a busca e sugestão da clínica até a organização e coordenação da própria viagem. A coordenadora da Bookimed, Tatiana, esteve sempre disponível e respondia prontamente a todas as nossas perguntas. Ao chegarmos no aeroporto, perdemos o táxi (não por culpa nossa) que deveria nos levar ao hotel já reservado. Mas, Tatiana conseguiu coordenar tudo de forma que chegássemos ao hotel sem problemas. Mais tarde, conseguimos entrar em contato com nossa coordenadora médica da clínica “Veni Vidi”, Olga, que estava sempre disponível para nós, tanto durante a consulta com o Dr. Firat HELVACIOGLU quanto durante o tratamento (ceratocone). Olga estava preparada para traduzir nossa conversa (em turco-russo) com o doutor, mas como o Dr. Firat fala inglês fluentemente, língua na qual me sinto mais confortável para me comunicar, não houve necessidade de tradução. No geral, estamos satisfeitos, tanto com a viagem quanto com o atendimento do pessoal médico. Agradecemos a Tatiana e Olga por tudo isso. Contactei a clínica através do Bookimed.com antes da chegada e forneci a eles meus relatórios médicos. Eles me buscaram no aeroporto e me levaram ao meu hotel. Solicitei a substituição do cristalino por laser o mais rápido possível para que eu pudesse voltar para casa uma semana após a operação. Cheguei à clínica de manhã cedo e fui recebido por Anastasia, uma assistente de saúde que apoia os pacientes e ajuda com a tradução. Fiz todos os testes pré-operatórios e depois me encontrei com o Dr. Remzi Karadag. Ele verificou meus resultados de teste e realizou mais exames, então confirmou minha adequação para a operação. Operei um olho no mesmo dia e o outro olho no dia seguinte. Recebi colírios e informações sobre como cuidar dos meus olhos durante a convalescença. Uma semana depois, até agora tudo bem. Não estou mais usando óculos, mas a restauração total da visão levará um mês ou talvez mais.
