Muhammet Derda Ozer

Dr. Muhammet Derda Ozer is an ophthalmologist and Associate Professor at Istanbul Yeni Yuzyil University. He completed the ICO-STAAR Surgical Three-Month Fellowship in Vitreo-Retina at the University of Kansas Medical School. This fellowship provides specialized training in surgical techniques for the retina and vitreous. Dr. Ozer has performed 25,000+ operations throughout his career.

Dr. Ozer treats eye conditions including keratoconus, uveitis, and strabismus. He performs surgical interventions like vitrectomy, keratoplasty, and retinal detachment surgery. Additionally, he treats pediatric eye cancers such as rhabdomyosarcoma and retinoblastoma. He use advanced neuroendoscopic methods for precise patient care.
