Professor Ofluoğlu has about 30 years of medical experience. He received his educational background at the Medical Faculty of Gazi University in Ankara, Turkey. In 2000, Prof. Önder Ofluoğlu had training for performance of Ilizarov surgery at Ilizarov Scientific Center, Russia . In 2002, he studied bone and soft tissues tumors in children and adults in Medical School of the University of Pennsylvania and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, USA. Prof. Ofluoğlu also studied Orthopedic Oncology at the University of California, USA.
