É certo que, quando marquei a cirurgia, estava um pouco cética quanto ao facto de tudo correr bem. Afinal de contas, tudo foi feito online. No entanto, fiquei muito impressionado com a qualidade e a simpatia da comunicação constante. Já me estava a sentir cada vez mais confiante aqui. Também recebi um tratamento e cuidados muito bons, ininterruptos e profissionais no local. O intérprete Aziz é o melhor. A pessoa da organização, Liv O'zturk, não foi profissional, não preparou o transporte no primeiro dia em que estive 45 minutos à espera de transporte no átrio e não foi responsável por todas as outras coisas.
