Zarqa was born in Lisbon in 1977. His quest for self discovery has led him to meet and work with his spiritual teacher in 2001 and later to live a monastic life in a school of meditation from 2009 to 2015 when he returned to Portugal. He is trained in a special style of Ayurvedic massage and has been practicing since 2004. Growing up by the ocean, developed a deep connection to that element and surfing is a great passion. He believes that having a healthy and happy body and mind is essential to have the clarity that helps you reach your potential.
Dr. Zarqa is a board-certified specialist in infectious diseases and obstetrics & gynecology. She has 20 years of clinical experience. She received her medical degree from King Edward Medical College. She completed her residency at Wright State University. She then pursued a fellowship at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine.

Dr. Zarqa holds a Master's training certification in infertility treatments from Homerton University Hospital. She also earned an MRCOG from Al Amal Maternity Hospital and Fertility Center in Amman. She has managed over 10,000 patient cases. She is known for her advanced skills in women's health and infectious diseases.

Her qualifications also include an MRCOG from working at Al Amal Maternity Hospital and Fertility Center, Amman, Jordan, emphasizing her expertise in obstetrics and gynecology.
