Assoc. Prof. Gorkem Turkkan started his medical education at Gülhane Military Medical Academy in 2003 and completed it at Zonguldak Karaelmas (Bülent Ecevit) University Faculty of Medicine in 2009. He completed his specialization at Trakya University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Radiation Oncology and became a radiation oncology specialist in 2016.

After completing his compulsory service, he served as a Lecturer and Head of Department at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Radiation Oncology, from May 2019 to February 2021. Meanwhile, between March and June 2020, he worked as a clinical researcher at Maastricht University Faculty of Medicine Department of Radiation Oncology – MAASTRO Clinic (Netherlands) on stereotactic radiotherapy, thoracic radiotherapy-related lung toxicity and proton therapy. While he was working at İstinye University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Radiation Oncology and Liv Hospital Ulus Radiation Oncology Clinic between March 2021 and April 2023, he received the title of Associate Professor in February 2023. She has been serving her patients at Hisar Hospital Intercontinental since May 2023.

He has performed both traditional radiotherapy and advanced radiotherapy throughout his career. He is one of the experienced physicians in our country in stereotactic radiotherapy and MRI-guided radiotherapy treatments, which have become increasingly popular and used especially recently. So far, he has successfully completed more than 2500 radiotherapy sessions with the MR-Linac device.

He has been a member of the Turkish Society of Radiation Oncology (TROD) since 2013 and the European Society of Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO) since 2015. He has 27 articles published in domestic and international journals, 31 oral-poster presentations presented at national and international congresses, and 5 book chapters published by national and international publishing houses. He taught Term I and Term V undergraduate courses at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Faculty of Medicine, postgraduate courses within the scope of Ear Nose and Throat Department Specialization training, and Radiotherapy associate degree courses at İstinye University Vocational School of Health Services. She is currently working on 2 ongoing TÜBİTAK Projects. He is married and has a son.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tamer Aksoy graduated from Eskişehir Osmangazi University in 2000. After working as a Management Representative at SSK Tavşanlı Hospital, he worked as a General Practitioner at SSK Ankara Etlik Specialization Hospital Endocrinology Department and started his residency training at Hacettepe University Nuclear Medicine Department in 2005 and completed his specialization in 2009 and became a Nuclear Medicine specialist.

After working as an Assistant Professor at Afyon Kocatepe University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Nuclear Medicine, he started to work at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital in 2011. In 2012, Aksoy worked as an Assistant Professor at Acıbadem Hospitals group and Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University Faculty of Medicine. Prof. Dr. Engin Tutar was born in Istanbul in 1964. He completed his primary and secondary education at Istanbul Erkek Lisesi between 1975 and 1982, and graduated from Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1988. In December of the same year, he started his specialization in the Department of Pediatrics at Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital, becoming a specialist in Pediatrics in February 1993. He completed his subspecialty training in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, becoming a subspecialist in 2006. He served as the Assistant Chief Physician and Acting Chief Physician at the 2nd Pediatric Clinic of Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital between 2010 and 2012. In May 2012, he transferred to Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, where he became an Associate Professor in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition in 2014, and a Professor in 2020. Alongside his international and national article authorships, he has given over 50 presentations at congresses/courses/association meetings. He retired in May 2024 while serving as the head of the Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition department at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine. Nasceu em Salihli, Manisa, em 1975. Concluiu o ensino secundário na Escola Secundária Anatólica Salihli Sekine Evren e a sua formação superior na Faculdade de Odontologia da Universidade de Istambul, tendo-se formado com sucesso em 1999.
No mesmo ano, começou a trabalhar como professora assistente na Faculdade de Odontologia da I.U., Departamento de Saúde Oral e Dentária Comunitária, e concluiu o mestrado com grande distinção na Faculdade de Medicina Cerrahpaşa da I.U., no Departamento de Saúde Pública, em 2003. Durante os seus quatro anos de formação académica, trabalhou como professora na Faculdade de Odontologia da Universidade Yeditepe e teve a oportunidade de trabalhar em várias clínicas privadas.
