Dr. Hasan Celik is a double board-certified plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgeon. He passed EBOPRAS Part 1 in Brussels (Feb 2020) and Part 2 in Izmir (Aug 2021). He also passed the Turkish National Board Parts 1 and 2 in Izmir (Aug 2021). He is a member of ASPS, ISAPS, TPRECD, and ACELEMDER.

He earned the ISPRES/ICOPLAST Young Plastic Surgeon Award (3rd place) at the 88th ASPS Meeting in San Diego in 2019. The award recognized his axolotl/PRP burn study. He has four publications. One appeared in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal (2017).

Prof. Dr. Associado Erkan Yıldırım é um cirurgião torácico com Certificação de Proficiência em Cirurgia Torácica Turca (2003). Ele também é membro da Associação Europeia de Cirurgiões Cardio-Torácicos (FETCS). O Dr. Yıldırım completou estágios em vários centros internacionais. No Programa de Transplante Pulmonar de Toronto, participou de 85 cirurgias de receptores e de quase 100 captações de órgãos de doadores.

Dr. Yıldırım escreveu a primeira publicação clínica internacional da Turquia sobre transplante pulmonar. Ele apresentou-se em 37 congressos internacionais e 19 nacionais. Atua como revisor para importantes revistas científicas e possui quatro patentes em engenharia biomédica. Suas áreas de especialização incluem câncer de pulmão, tumores da parede torácica, mesotelioma, doenças benignas do pulmão e cirurgias avançadas de deformidades da parede torácica.

O Prof. Assoc. Kıvanç Derya Peker é um cirurgião com experiência em cirurgias de pâncreas, vesícula biliar, fígado e estômago. Ele também se especializa em cirurgia de obesidade e metabólica, bem como em transplante renal. Completou a sua formação médica e cirúrgica na Universidade de Istambul. Ficou entre os três primeiros no exame nacional de especialização menor em cirurgia gastroenterológica.

O Dr. Peker realizou mais de 400 cirurgias de cancro do pâncreas e gástrico e mais de 200 cirurgias hepáticas. Também concluiu muitos procedimentos relacionados com a vesícula biliar, via biliar, obesidade-metabólica e transplantes renais. Recebeu formação na Clínica Mayo. Ele cofundou a unidade de Cirurgia Hepatopancreatobiliar no Hospital Dr. Sadi Konuk de Bakırköy, onde forneceu formação avançada aos residentes de cirurgia.

É conhecido pela sua investigação em envelhecimento e tratamentos com células estaminais. O Dr. Peker estabeleceu clínicas de cirurgia gastroenterológica em grandes hospitais. Está acreditado pela Associação Turca de HPB e recebeu uma bolsa da Associação de Cirurgia Turca.

O Dr. Kaplan Baha Temizgonul é um cirurgião bariátrico especializado em procedimentos laparoscópicos avançados e bariátricos. Ele exerce a profissão desde 2015. Formou-se no Hospital de Treinamento e Pesquisa Bakirkoy Dr. Sadi Konuk em Istambul, um dos centros mais movimentados da Turquia para cirurgia laparoscópica.

Ele se formou na Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade Pamukkale em 2005. Esta universidade é conhecida pelo seu trabalho em gastrectomia vertical. O Dr. Temizgonul também possui experiência em cirurgia de guerra pelo seu serviço na fronteira com a Síria. Dr. Mehmet Ozan Aşık is an Associate Professor in Orthopedics and Traumatology. He is known for his expertise in musculoskeletal disorders and trauma care. He works as a Postdoctoral Fellow at a top Orthopaedics Laboratory. His research focuses on preclinical biomechanical studies and testing biomaterials. Dr. Aşık has made important contributions to clinical research on implant performance. His work helps improve orthopedic surgical outcomes. He has published many peer-reviewed articles and takes part in international orthopedic congresses.

Dr. Vafi Atalay is an experienced oncological and general surgeon with 17 years in the field. He specializes in pancreatic, colon, rectal, and liver surgeries. He also performs advanced endoscopic procedures. Dr. Atalay has published 31 articles in national and international journals, making valuable contributions to medical literature.

He received the first prize at the 20th Congress Research Paper Competition. He also won the Best Research Award at the 5th Surgeon Research Congress. Dr. Atalay is a member of TSS, the Palestinian Medical Association, and IOA. His active involvement in these organizations shows his dedication to professional growth and surgical excellence.

Dr. Hasan Cem is a Professor of Urology. He specializes in pediatric urology, male infertility, men’s sexual health, urinary stone treatment, prostate diseases, and laparoscopic urological surgery. He completed his medical and doctoral studies at GATA - Gülhane Military Medical Academy. He became a Professor in 2016.

Dr. Cem has worked in leading hospitals, including Lokman Hekim University İstanbul Hospital. He also gained international experience at Duke University Hospital and Lenox Baker Spina Bifida Hospital in the USA. He has published 43 international and 16 national peer-reviewed articles. He has also contributed 20 technical notes and case reports, and received 9 academic or scientific awards.

Assoc. Prof. Gorkem Turkkan started his medical education at Gülhane Military Medical Academy in 2003 and completed it at Zonguldak Karaelmas (Bülent Ecevit) University Faculty of Medicine in 2009. He completed his specialization at Trakya University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Radiation Oncology and became a radiation oncology specialist in 2016.

After completing his compulsory service, he served as a Lecturer and Head of Department at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Radiation Oncology, from May 2019 to February 2021. Meanwhile, between March and June 2020, he worked as a clinical researcher at Maastricht University Faculty of Medicine Department of Radiation Oncology – MAASTRO Clinic (Netherlands) on stereotactic radiotherapy, thoracic radiotherapy-related lung toxicity and proton therapy. While he was working at İstinye University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Radiation Oncology and Liv Hospital Ulus Radiation Oncology Clinic between March 2021 and April 2023, he received the title of Associate Professor in February 2023. She has been serving her patients at Hisar Hospital Intercontinental since May 2023.

He has performed both traditional radiotherapy and advanced radiotherapy throughout his career. He is one of the experienced physicians in our country in stereotactic radiotherapy and MRI-guided radiotherapy treatments, which have become increasingly popular and used especially recently. So far, he has successfully completed more than 2500 radiotherapy sessions with the MR-Linac device.

He has been a member of the Turkish Society of Radiation Oncology (TROD) since 2013 and the European Society of Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO) since 2015. He has 27 articles published in domestic and international journals, 31 oral-poster presentations presented at national and international congresses, and 5 book chapters published by national and international publishing houses. He taught Term I and Term V undergraduate courses at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Faculty of Medicine, postgraduate courses within the scope of Ear Nose and Throat Department Specialization training, and Radiotherapy associate degree courses at İstinye University Vocational School of Health Services. She is currently working on 2 ongoing TÜBİTAK Projects. He is married and has a son.
