Prof. Dr. Kamil Yalçın Polat is a leading transplantology expert and Head of the Organ Transplantation Center at Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital in Istanbul. With over 30 years of surgical experience, he founded the Organ Transplantation Center at Atatürk University (2003-2010) and completed fellowships at Mount Sinai Hospital and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. Dr. Polat has authored more than 50 scientific publications and serves as Vice President of the Turkish Hepatopancreatobiliary Surgery Society.

Dr. Mukhtar MURSALLI iniciou a sua formação académica na Universidade Médica do Azerbaijão e concluiu-a em 2013. Mais tarde, recebeu formação de especialização em Psiquiatria da Criança e do Adolescente na Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Ondokuz Mayıs e concluiu a sua especialização nesta área em 2022. Desde novembro de 2022, trabalha como especialista em psiquiatria da criança e do adolescente no Hospital Cerebral NPISTANBUL.

Nasceu em 1978 em Prizren (Kosovo). Depois de se formar na "Prizren Science High School" em 1996, iniciou a sua formação na Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Pristina em 1996 e formou-se na Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Kocaeli entre 1999-2005. Entre 2006-2011, completou a sua formação de especialização em Neurologia na Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Marmara, Departamento de Neurologia. Durante a sua formação, interessou-se especialmente por eletrofisiologia, demências e distúrbios do movimento. Entre 2012-2013, trabalhou como docente na Universidade de Üsküdar. Desde 2013, trabalha como especialista em Neurologia no Hospital Cerebral NPIstanbul. Tem estudos científicos em andamento na área da neurologia. Fala fluentemente inglês, sérvio e bósnio. Nos seus tempos livres, dedica-se à música clássica turca.

Dr. Serkan Orhan is an experienced otolaryngologist and facial plastic surgeon. He has 25 years of practice, focusing on rhinoplasty and advanced ENT procedures. Dr. Ersan Eroglu is an Associate Professor and general surgery specialist. He has served at Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital since 2018. He has been an Assistant Professor at Istanbul Bilim University since 2014. He also lectures at Istanbul Arel University since 2023. He earned his MD from Fırat University. He completed his general surgery residency at Haydarpaşa Numune.

He has authored 16 scientific articles. He has 25 national and 3 international congress presentations. He won First Prize in Turkey for laparoscopic right hemicolectomy in ileocecal neuroendocrine tumors. He contributed a translation to the SAGES Hernia Repair Manual (laparoscopic TEP/TAPP). He is a member of the Turkish Medical Association, the Turkish Surgical Society, and the Colon and Rectal, Bariatric and Metabolic, and Endocrine Surgery societies.

Dr. Mehmet Berki is a physician with extensive experience in emergency medicine and clinical leadership. He is Chief Physician and Responsible Manager at Scala Polyclinic (2025–present). He held the same role at Cinik Hair Hospital (2022–2024). He also worked full-time as an emergency physician at several hospitals in Istanbul.

He managed health services for 17,000–20,000 students and more than 2,000 staff at Yeditepe University. He trained 250 physicians in reproductive health and AIDS under the Baku-Ceyhan pipeline EU project. His background includes cardiology follow-up, hair transplantation, and clinic management in acupuncture and bioresonance.

He organized courses in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Certificate Program at Kadir Has University. Education: MD, Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine.

In 2016, she completed her specialty training at Çukurova University Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Mental Health and Diseases with herthesis on "Intergenerational Effect of Trauma in Children and Adolescents with Anxiety Disorder" and became a Child Psychiatry specialist in 2020. As of August 2024, she continues to work as a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry specialist at NPISTANBUL Brain Hospital.

Mr. Muhammed Yeni was born in 1990 in Istanbul, Turkey. 
He graduated from Istanbul Yeni Yüzyıl University, Faculty of Medical Health Sciences in 2014. 
After graduation, he attended hair transplantation courses. 
In 2014 he started to work as an assistant surgeon in one of the private hair transplant clinics of Istanbul. 
As a result of his natural talent and successful results on hair transplant surgeries, he has become one of the most well known operators in this field domestically and internationally. 
He has performed numerous hair transplant procedures in lots of different countries such as Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Austria, Tunisia, Kuwait, Albania, Hungary, etc... 
He is very experienced on different genetics of hair types. 
To the date, he has performed more than 4000+ surgeries (and on different hair types) all around the world. 
His main areas of expertise are Sapphire incisions in all range of the patients, including revisions, female hair transplant, facial hair transplants. 
He is also a very creative operator. 
He is working with Dr. Tuna Tantan Williams as a teammate. 
He has improved his approach and skills even more since he started to work with Dr. Tantan and gained more experience on different types of hairs 
He is a perfectionist and he excels in providing natural results.
