Dr. Tolga Okutucu is a Turkish urologist with expertise in men’s health, sexual health, and advanced urological disorders. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2006. He completed his urology specialty training at the same university in 2012. Dr. Okutucu has worked at leading medical centers, including Anadolu Medical Center (affiliated with Johns Hopkins) and Medicana Ataşehir Hospital. He has also contributed to international emergency medical teams.
He specializes in prostate MR fusion biopsy, uro-oncologic robotic surgery, and treatments for erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and urinary system cancers. Dr. Okutucu is an instructor at EMPACADEMY, where he provides training on ESWT and modern urological techniques. He holds several accreditations in robotic surgery and sexual health education.

She also treats alcoholic and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, and inflammatory bowel diseases such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s colitis.
