After completing his specialization, he was appointed to Sivas Numune Hospital to perform his compulsory service.
During his compulsory service, he was appointed as an assistant professor at Sivas Cumhuriyet University ENT Department, but he did not start due to family reasons and applied for internal appointments.

Between 2011 and 2022, when he worked at Istanbul Haseki Training and Research Hospital, he contributed to the training of countless assistants.
While contributing to the training of assistants, he improved himself in thyroid surgery by attending thyroid surgery courses that he did not receive training in his own assistantship.
