He completed a residency in orthopedics and traumatology at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine (2005–2011). He earned his MD from Trakya University Faculty of Medicine (1999–2005).

Professional memberships: European Society for Surgery of the Shoulder and Elbow (SECEC) and the Turkish Society of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery (T-ODCD).

Dr. Hayrettin Kesmezacar is an orthopaedic surgeon at Gayrettepe Florence Nightingale Hospital in Istanbul. He joined the hospital in 2013 and holds a current appointment from 2024. His clinical focus includes shoulder and elbow surgery, shoulder instability, rotator cuff tears, and orthopaedic trauma.

He became Professor at Bilim University Medical Faculty in 2011. He was appointed Associate Professor at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa in 2006. Dr. Burcin Kececi is a specialist in orthopedics and traumatology. He focuses on pediatric orthopedics, bone metastases, bone and soft tissue tumors, and orthopedic oncology.
