He was born in Adana, Turkey in 1968. He was graduated from School of Medicine, Ege University in 1991. He completed his compulsory service at Cizre State Hospital from 1991 to 1993. He worked as  medical practitioner in Selendi-Manisa, Turkey from 1993 to 1994. After working at Atakalp Cardiac Diseases Hospital in Izmir, Turkey from 2006 to 2011, he started to work as a staff anesthesiologist at Medical Park Hospital, İzmir in 2011.
