Dr. Cenan Oktay was born in 1965 in Plovdiv-Bulgaria. He completed his primary school education in Istanbul in 1977. He completed his secondary and high school education at Istanbul Erkek High School, which provides education in German. He graduated from Trakya University Faculty of Medicine in 1984.

Due to his interest in Liver and Bile Tract surgery, he graduated from Istanbul University for 4 months in 1999. He worked actively in the General Surgery Department of Liver and Biliary Tract Surgery. During this time, he continued clinical and experimental studies.

Assoc. Dr. Gokmen Ozturk is a General Surgery Specialist with 25 years of experience. He graduated from Bursa Uludag University Faculty of Medicine in 1994. He completed his surgical training at Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital. Dr. Ozturk has also served as Deputy Chief Physician at Trabzon Fatih Regional Hospital.
