Dr. Inci Emekli is a neurologist at PARMER, Istanbul Medipol University (2025–). She specializes in Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders. Dr. Alper Karaoglan is a Professor of Neurosurgery at Memorial Bodrum Hospital. He has many years of experience in neurosurgery. He worked at Maltepe University Faculty of Medicine and Taksim Training and Research Hospital in Istanbul. Since 2008, he has held the positions of Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor in neurosurgery.

Dr. Karaoglan is a member of the Turkish Medical Association and the Turkish Neurosurgical Society. He has received several awards. These include the Best Paper Award at the Turkish Neurosurgical Society Scientific Congress in 2005 for his research on resveratrol’s protective effects after subarachnoid hemorrhage, and the Young Neurosurgeon Encouragement Award in 2008.

Dr. Ali Osman Mucuoglu is a neurosurgeon. He completed his neurosurgery residency at Dokuz Eylül University from 2013 to 2019 after graduating from Eskişehir Osmangazi University in 2012 (2005–2012). He worked at Dokuz Eylül University and Muş State Hospital from 2019 to 2021. He has practiced at Atlas University Hospital since 2021.

He has five publications. These include a case report in the International Journal of Surgery Case Reports that has been cited seven times. He also reported on 3D printer‑assisted transsphenoidal hypophysectomy and on emergency minimally invasive intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) surgery. Dr. Başak Bolluk Kılıç, MD graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2000 as a Medical Doctor.  She completed her specialization training in the Department of Neurology at Ankara University in 2005.

In 2004, she worked as an observer at the Department of Movement Disorders at the University of Barcelona Medical Faculty.  Having started her compulsory service in Kırşehir State Hospital in 2006, Dr.  Başak Bolluk Kılıç, MD worked at Ankara Private Tandoğan Magnet Hospital in 2008, at Çamlıca Erdem Hospital between 2010-2016, at Bilgi University Electroneurophysiology Department between 2013-2017, at Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Medicine between 2017-2018 and at Medical Park between 2016-2018. She worked as an Assistant Professor at Göztepe Hospital.

Dr. Mehmet Tonge is a neurosurgeon with expertise in Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery. He specializes in MR Guided Focused Ultrasound, deep brain stimulation, Gamma Knife Radiosurgery, and surgery for movement disorders, pain, and spasticity.

Dr. Tonge has published 32 articles in international and national journals and written 12 book chapters. He has presented 92 oral and poster presentations and delivered 41 invited lectures. Assoc. Prof.  Nesrin Helvacı Yılmaz graduated from Hacettepe University in 2000 as a Medical Doctor.  She completed her specialty training in the Department of Neurology at Ankara University in 2006.

She started her compulsory service in Mardin Nusaybin State Hospital in 2007.  Nesrin Helvacı Yılmaz continued her duty in Gaziantep 27 December State Hospital in 2008.  She worked as a neurologist at Biophysis Nilüfer Medical Center and Ali Osman Sönmez Oncology Hospital in Bursa between 2010-2011, and at Istanbul Universal Aksaray Hospital between 2011-2012. From October 2012, she started to work as a Doctor Lecturer in Istanbul Medipol University Neurology Department.  Nesrin Helvacı Yılmaz received the title of associate professor in 2021.  In 2015, she worked as an Honorary Observer in Parkinson's Disease and Deep Brain Stimulation (Neuromodulation) at UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology, National Hospital for Neurology in London.  She took part in many training programs on Deep Brain Stimulation (Neuromodulation) in Turkey and abroad between 2013-2022.

Since September 2018, she has been working as a coordinator for student education in the 5th semester of Neurology.
