O Dr. Cemal Kara é um cirurgião geral com 26 anos de experiência. Ele é especializado em cirurgias estéticas e de perda de peso. Já realizou mais de 6.200 procedimentos. O Dr. Kara cofundou o Aegean Medical Health Center e é reconhecido como um líder em sua área.

Ele possui um Certificado de Competência Cirúrgica da Associação Cirúrgica Turca, concedido em 2008. O Dr. Kara recebeu vários prêmios em competições científicas internacionais e nacionais. Ele inventou e patenteou um instrumento cirúrgico laparoscópico. Também publicou mais de 30 artigos médicos.

O Dr. Kara é um membro ativo de diversas organizações profissionais, incluindo a Associação Cirúrgica Turca, a Associação de Cirurgia de Cólon e Reto da Turquia e a Associação de Cirurgia da Região do Egeu.
