Prof. Abuzer Dirican is a Professor of General Surgery and Surgical Oncology and Head of Department at Florence Nightingale Hospital. Dr. Bülent Ünal is a general surgeon and surgical oncologist. He is Head of General Surgery and Surgical Oncology at Florence Nightingale Hospital. He graduated from Çukurova University in 1996. He completed his general surgery residency at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital in 2001. He finished a minor specialization in surgical oncology at İnönü University in 2012.

In 2008, he was an NCI Short-Term Scientist at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center for 10 months. He trained in sentinel node techniques and ductoscopy. In 2010, he completed transplantation and oncology training at the University of Giessen and Marburg. He has many international publications and book chapters. Prof. Murat Dayangaç is an expert in liver transplant and is the Director of the Center for Organ Transplantation at Medipol University Hospital. He has over 70 published articles on inflammation-cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma, and transplantation. He is a member of the International Liver Transplantation Society, the European Society for Organ Transplantation, the International Transplant Network for Developing Countries, the European Liver and Intestine Transplant Association, and the Turkish Association for the Study of the Liver.
