After graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 1988, he completed his specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He became an associate professor at Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty in 1993 and became a professor in 2003. She is interested in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery, Infertility, endometriosis and adenomyosis and has many studies, articles and trainings on these topics. In his professional career, Dr. Sarıer began working as a urology specialist at Özel Antalya Yaşam Hospital from 2005 to 2008, and then served at Gümüşsuyu Asker Hospital between 2008 and 2009. Since 2009, he has been employed at Medical Park Antalya Hospital, where he received the title of associate professor in 2020. Additionally, he served as a faculty member in the Department of Urology at Altınbaş University Faculty of Medicine from 2016 to 2017, and has been continuing his academic career as a faculty member in the Department of Urology at İstinye University Faculty of Medicine since 2021.

Op. Dr. Kubra Irmak graduated from Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty in 2010 and then began her specialization training in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty. Here, she performed numerous gynecological surgeries, laparoscopic surgeries, and urogynecological surgical procedures. After receiving her specialization in 2015, she worked briefly at Artvin Yusufeli State Hospital, subsequently received training in infertility abroad, and worked for 1.5 years in this field at Crown IVF Center. She then returned home in 2018, worked at Tokat State Hospital, and later in 2020 at Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital, where she performed hundreds of births and high-risk pregnancy surgeries. She has conducted hundreds of laparoscopic surgeries. In 2023, she started working at Istinye University Bahçeşehir Liv Hospital. At the same time, she worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Istinye University Medical Faculty.

Prof. Dr. Ali Ferruh Akay is a board-certified urologist with more than 30 years of medical experience. He has specialized in urology for over 25 years. He currently serves as Professor of Urology at Başkent University Istanbul Hospital.
