Dr. İdris AVCI was born in Ordu in 1988. After primary and high school education in Germany, he graduated from Yeditepe Faculty of Medicine in 2014. In 2020, he became a specialist in Brain and Nerve Surgery from Health Sciences University Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşçıoğlu City Hospital (Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital). O Prof. Dr. Ilhan Elmaci é um renomado neurocirurgião. Ele é conhecido por sua habilidade em cirurgias cerebrais e de coluna, neuro-oncologia e cirurgia de base do crânio. Ele trabalhou em instituições de topo como a Universidade Johns Hopkins. O Dr. Elmaci introduziu novas técnicas em microcirurgia e cirurgia endoscópica da base do crânio.

Ele é o presidente fundador da Sociedade de Base do Crânio na Turquia. Ele também é membro ativo da Sociedade Europeia de Base do Crânio.
