Assoc. Prof. Dr. Oğuzhan BABACAN completed his undergraduate, specialty and sub-specialty education at GATA Military Medical Faculty/Ankara. After becoming a specialist in Pediatrics, he worked in the field of Social Pediatrics for two years, where Healthy Baby Monitoring and vaccine follow-up were carried out. Then, she completed her subspecialty training in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology and continued her studies in the field of pediatric blood and cancer diseases. In addition to the treatment of children suffering from leukemia, lymphoma, solid tumors and other blood diseases, she has been working in the Bone Marrow Transplantation (Transplant) Unit for 13 years in Allogeneic (unrelated and intrafamilial), Autologous (from the patient himself) and Haploidentical (partially HLA compatible) hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Saydam Mehmet is a general surgeon at Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hospital (2025–present). His work covers oncologic, endocrine, and metabolic surgery. He performs laparoscopic surgery, including hernia repair and anti-reflux procedures. He also treats morbid obesity and type 2 diabetes. Sleeve gastrectomy is among his key procedures.

Education: He graduated from the Gülhane Military Medical Academy, Faculty of Medicine (1995–2001). He completed his general surgery residency there (2004–2009). He was a research fellow at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, Ryder Trauma Center (2015–2016).

He is a medical professor at Srinakharinwirot University and the Panyananda Bhikkhu Medical Center, Irrigation Department. He is a member of the Thai Society of Plastic Surgeons.
