Assoc. Prof. Dr. Saydam Mehmet is a general surgeon at Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hospital (2025–present). His work covers oncologic, endocrine, and metabolic surgery. Nascido e criado na Turquia, o Dr. Pera frequentou a altamente conceituada Faculdade de Odontologia da Universidade de Hacettepe de 2008 a 2013, onde iniciou sua jornada para se tornar dentista. Sua paixão pela área levou-o a se especializar em Cirurgia Oral e Maxilofacial, área em que se formou extensivamente na Faculdade de Odontologia da Universidade de Ancara de 2016 a 2021.

Para garantir uma abordagem holística ao cuidado dos pacientes, o Dr. Pera realizou várias rotações entre 2016 e 2019.
