Netta's journey into fitness began at age 7 when she started playing football, and her love for staying active has only grown since. Throughout her life, she has explored a variety of sports, including pole sport, CrossFit, and martial arts. In her teens, she discovered a love for strength training that has remained a cornerstone of her routine. Eventually, Netta competed in bodybuilding, where she learned the life-changing impact of dedicated training, nutrition, and mindset. However, this experience also highlighted the detrimental effects of extreme fitness approaches. Today, Netta's interests have expanded to include calisthenics and handstands, continuously challenging herself and her clients with new forms of movement.
