Dr. Hulda Rifat Ozakpinar is a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1995. She completed her specialization in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery in 1998. Dr. Ozakpinar has held important positions at Ankara University and Showa University School of Medicine in Japan. She worked there as a Research Fellow and Microsurgery Lecturer.
