Ele possui experiência clínica em doenças otorrinolaringológicas infantis, rinoplastia, cirurgia endoscópica dos seios paranasais, doenças do ouvido, perda auditiva, cirurgia de cabeça e pescoço, doenças das glândulas salivares e cirurgia de trauma maxilofacial. O Dr. Ibas trabalhou como especialista em Otorrinolaringologia no Hospital Estadual Ankara Etimesgut Sait Ertürk de 2023 a 2024. Ele também atuou no Hospital Estadual Mardin Midyat de 2022 a 2023. Ele concluiu sua formação de médico assistente no Hospital de Ensino e Pesquisa da Universidade de Ciências da Saúde de Ankara entre 2017 e 2022.

O Dr. Ibas publicou vários artigos revisados por pares. Sua pesquisa abrange temas como cistos epidermoides iatrogênicos pré-auriculares, dermatofibrossarcoma protuberante, o uso de probióticos em otite média e os efeitos anti-inflamatórios da naringenina na otite média. Ele obteve seu diploma de medicina na Universidade Necmettin Erbakan, na Faculdade de Medicina de Meram.

O Dr. Melikgazi Ozturk é especialista em Cirurgia Plástica, Reconstrutiva e Estética. Atualmente, exerce a sua prática no Memorial Şişli Hospital. Ele trabalhou como especialista em vários hospitais de referência, incluindo o Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital, o Afyonkarahisar State Hospital, o Düzce Atatürk State Hospital e o Kayseri City Training and Research Hospital.

O Dr. Fatih Algan, MD, FEBOPRAS, é um cirurgião plástico, reconstrutivo e estético certificado. Formou-se na Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Hacettepe em 2012. Completou sua formação de especialidade em Cirurgia Plástica, Reconstrutiva e Estética na Universidade İnönü em 2019.
