He was born in 1987 in Denizli. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Denizli. After his high school education, he started his medical education at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. After graduating from university, he received his Plastic Surgery branch training at Istanbul University Capa Medical Faculty and worked as a Plastic Surgery Assistant there.

Semerci, who worked in institutions such as Ordu State Hospital and Giresun Private Ada Hospital, most recently worked as a Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Specialist at Happy Esthetic Clinic.
