Prof. Yaşar Kütükçü is a neurologist with an education from Gülhane Askeri Tıp Akademisi Medical School and University of California San Francisco. He is a member of Turkish Neurology Society, Parkinson’s Disease Society and International Parkinson and Movement Disorders Society and specializes in Neurophysiology (Deep Brain Stimulation) and movement disorders treatment.

Depois de se formar na "Prizren Science High School" em 1996, iniciou a sua formação na Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Pristina em 1996 e formou-se na Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Kocaeli entre 1999-2005. Entre 2006-2011, completou a sua formação de especialização em Neurologia na Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Marmara, Departamento de Neurologia. Durante a sua formação, interessou-se especialmente por eletrofisiologia, demências e distúrbios do movimento. Entre 2012-2013, trabalhou como docente na Universidade de Üsküdar. Dr. Gülümser Kızıltaş Tokmak is a board-certified neurologist. She specializes in advanced neurophysiological diagnostics.
