Dr. İlhami Soykan Barlas was born in the year 1977 in Istanbul Moda. He is graduated from Kadıköy Anadolu High School and Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. He was awarded the title of General Surgery Specialist after completing his general surgery specialization in Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital in the year 2008. 

He went to Scotland 2 times in the years 2006-2007 and received advanced laparoscopic education. He awarded with ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey in the year 2009 for his contributions to the establishment of Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Training and Research Hospital Burn Center and for his related works. 

After completing his compulsory service at Kastamonu İnebolu State Hospital between the years 2009-2011, resigned from his duty at the state owned institutions, returned to Istanbul and started to work in private sector. He has been working as kidney transplant and general surgery specialist in Florence Nightingale group of hospitals since the year 2013. Since the year 2017, he has been serving as academic Doctor Lecturer in Faculty of Medicine of Demiroğlu Science University. He has more than 20 articles published in national and international journals in general surgery and kidney transplant and more than 30 proceedings that are submitted in national and international congresses. 

He also has been the book editor and chapter author on kidney transplant and he also has been chapter author in various surgery books. Dr. Denizhan Özkaya is a distinguished Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialist based in İzmir, Turkey, with a medical career spanning over 38 years. Born in 1964 in İzmir, he graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1987. In 2000, he completed his specialization in ENT at Celal Bayar University Faculty of Medicine.

In 2001, Dr. Özkaya co-founded the Private ENTO Ear Nose and Throat Clinic in Alsancak, İzmir, with Dr. Ümit Filiz. The clinic has since evolved into the ENTO Surgical Medical Center, where Dr. Özkaya continues to perform surgeries for both domestic and international patients.

Dr. Sezgin Bekdemir is a distinguished Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialist based in İzmir, Turkey. Born in 1974 in Bulancak, Giresun, he completed his secondary education in Giresun before enrolling at the 19 May University Medical Faculty in Samsun in 1992. Born in Mucur district of Kırşehir, Firdevs Seyfe Şen completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Kırşehir and then entered Adana Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine in 1987. After graduating in 1993, she started to work as a general practitioner in Kırşehir province Kaman district No. 1 health center to do her compulsory service. After 1 year, he was assigned to Kırşehir State Hospital Emergency Department. Then he assumed the duty of Kırşehir Provincial Health Directorate Mental and Mental Health Branch Directorate. In 1996, he became a specialty student at Manisa Celal Bayar University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Mental Health and Diseases with TUS. He successfully presented his thesis titled "Attitudes of people living in a rural area in Turkey towards depression" and became a Psychiatrist.

His first place of duty as a mental health and diseases specialist was Manisa Turgutlu State Hospital. Here he managed the psychiatry clinic for over 10 years. In accordance with the legislation of the Ministry of Health, he worked as a private practice physician for a period.

He became a Psychodrama Therapist at Abdülkadir Özbek Psychodrama Institute. She received individual Psychoanalysis training from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayhan Eğrilmez, social skills training in Schizophrenia from Prof. Dr. Mustafa Yıldız, Motivational interviewing training from Prof. Dr. Kültegin Ögel.

She successfully completed the Psychoanalytically Oriented Group Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis Training organized by Halime Odağ Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy Foundation and Prof. Dr. Vamık Volkan's Use of Dreams in Psychoanalysis Training.

Other trainings she has successfully completed are 1st and 2nd Level EMDR Basic Training and CETAD Basic Training organized by EMDR Association. Prof. Dr. Şebnem İzmir Güner was born in 1970 in Istanbul and took her first steps in her medical career at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine.
