Dr. Mehmet Mustafa Kiyar is a board-certified plastic surgeon with almost 30 years of experience. He holds accreditation from both the Turkish and European boards of plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery. He has performed thousands of successful procedures. Prof. Dr. M. İhsan Karaman is a urologic surgeon and professor. He specializes in prostate growth, prostate cancer, urinary incontinence, sexual dysfunction, kidney stone disease, male infertility, and pediatric urology. He works as a Consultant Surgeon in pediatric urology. He has served as Chief of the Urology Clinic at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital. He was also President of Istanbul Medeniyet University.

Prof. Dr. Ali Ferruh Akay is a board-certified urologist with more than 30 years of medical experience. He has specialized in urology for over 25 years. He currently serves as Professor of Urology at Başkent University Istanbul Hospital.
Dr. Akay earned his medical degree from Dokuz Eylul University. He completed his urology residency at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine. In 2005, he received advanced training in Endourology and Laparoscopic Surgery at the University of Rochester in the USA.
He has worked at several leading institutions. These include Dicle University, Istanbul Training and Research Hospital, Memorial Diyarbakır Hospital, Veni Vidi Hospital, and Başkent University Istanbul Hospital.
