In his professional career, Dr. Sarıer began working as a urology specialist at Özel Antalya Yaşam Hospital from 2005 to 2008, and then served at Gümüşsuyu Asker Hospital between 2008 and 2009. Since 2009, he has been employed at Medical Park Antalya Hospital, where he received the title of associate professor in 2020. Additionally, he served as a faculty member in the Department of Urology at Altınbaş University Faculty of Medicine from 2016 to 2017, and has been continuing his academic career as a faculty member in the Department of Urology at İstinye University Faculty of Medicine since 2021.

Dr. Daniel Leszczyński formou-se na Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade Médica de Varsóvia em 1994. Em 2002, completou sua especialização em urologia e obteve o título de Fellow do European Board of Urology.

O Dr. Leszczyński possui muitos anos de experiência em cirurgia urológica laparoscópica, inicialmente como assistente e mais tarde como cirurgião operante.
