surgeon. Dr. Serdar Karaman graduated from İnönü University Faculty of Medicine. Subsequently, he completed his specialist training in Orthopedics and Traumatology at İnönü University. His previous experiences include Elbistan State Hospital and İnönü University.

Dr. Michael Matzner is an orthopedic surgeon based in Vienna. He has over 20 years of experience. He has been a certified specialist since 2001. He trained at the University Orthopedic Clinic of the Vienna General Hospital.

Prof. Dr. med. univ. Wilfried Lang is an Austrian neurologist. Since 2002, he has led the Department of Neurology, Neurological Rehabilitation, and Acute Geriatrics at the Hospital of the Brothers of Mercy in Vienna. His clinical and research work focuses on stroke prevention, acute treatment, and rehabilitation.
He studied medicine at the University of Ulm from 1977 to 1983. He then completed specialist training in neurology and psychiatry in Vienna. His early research examined motor function and memory in the cerebral cortex.
He helped to establish Austria’s stroke registry. He has held leadership roles in the Austrian Stroke Society. He is also Professor of Neurology at Sigmund Freud Private University in Vienna.
Dr. Alexander M. Rokitansky is a pediatric and adolescent surgeon and a pioneer of minimally invasive correction of pectus excavatum. He oversaw the creation of the pediatric surgery department at University Hospital Vienna from 1992 to 1994. He then led Pediatric and Adolescent Surgery at Klinik Donaustadt for 27 years, from 1994 to 2021. He chaired the Society for Pediatric Surgery and Intensive Care. He also led the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Pediatric Surgery and served as President of the Austrian Pediatric Surgery Society.
He earned his doctorate at the University of Vienna in 1982. He has been Professor of Pediatric and Adolescent Surgery at SFU Vienna since 2017. He has been Chief Surgeon at Vienna Private Clinic since 2021. Honors include an honorary doctorate from Carol Davila University (2012), honorary membership of the Austrian Society of Pediatric Surgery (2023), and the Golden Badge of Honor of the City of Vienna (2023).
Prof. Dr. Yasef began his medical education at Istanbul University in 1973 and graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1979. He started his specialization in neurology at the same university in 1980 and became a neurologist in 1985. During his specialty training, he spent 6 months at Hacettepe University in the Neurology Department in Ankara.
After becoming a neurologist, he completed 3.5 years of obligatory government service, spending the first 1.5 years at the Iskenderun Navy Hospital and the next 2 years at Diyarbakır Social Security Hospital. He returned to Istanbul University in 1989.
Prof. Dr. Yasef worked abroad in the United States from 1990 - 1991, focusing on dementia and behavioral neurology.
In 1994, he became an Associate Professor and continued working at Istanbul University until 1999. Between 1999 - 2002, he worked at Florence Nightingale Hospital, and then at Kozyatağı Acıbadem Hospital from 2004 to 2013.
Since 2013, he has been a valuable part of the team at Florence Nightingale Hospital.

Dr. Florian Fitzal is a senior physician at Vienna General Hospital and Vienna Medical University. He specializes in breast and abdominal surgery. He is a certified surgeon and holds a Master of Public Health (MBA). Dr. Fitzal leads the Breast Health Center. He also serves as Scientific Director of the Surgical Center of the Breast.

Dr. Martin Schindl is a senior consultant at the University Hospital of Surgery, Vienna General Hospital. He specializes in surgery of the pancreas, liver, gallbladder, and bile ducts. He also focuses on surgical cancer therapy. Dr. Schindl leads the surgical outpatient clinic for pancreatic and biliary diseases. He coordinates the interdisciplinary pancreatic cancer group at the Comprehensive Cancer Center Vienna.
He founded the ABCSG Pancreas Working Group. Dr. Schindl reviews articles for international surgical journals. He is a member of several national and international surgical societies.
