Nascido e criado na Turquia, o Dr. Pera frequentou a altamente conceituada Faculdade de Odontologia da Universidade de Hacettepe de 2008 a 2013, onde iniciou sua jornada para se tornar dentista. Sua paixão pela área levou-o a se especializar em Cirurgia Oral e Maxilofacial, área em que se formou extensivamente na Faculdade de Odontologia da Universidade de Ancara de 2016 a 2021.

Para garantir uma abordagem holística ao cuidado dos pacientes, o Dr. Pera realizou várias rotações entre 2016 e 2019. Em março de 2023, o Dr. Pera deu um passo significativo em sua carreira ao fundar a Hospitaprime em Istambul, uma clínica odontológica de ponta que oferece uma miríade de serviços dentários.
