He completed his residency in Otorhinolaryngology through the MIR program at Vall d’Hebron University Hospital.

Dr. Pollán received advanced clinical training at the University of Pittsburgh and the University Hospital of Pisa. He leads the robotic head and neck surgery program at his hospitals. Dr. Selahattin Tugrul is an experienced ENT Professor with more than 30 years in Otorhinolaryngology. He earned his Doctorate and Medical Specialty at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine. This education gave him a strong foundation in medicine.

He worked at Bezmiâlem Vakıf University, moving from Assistant Professor to Full Professor. He spent over ten years there, leading academic programs and mentoring future ENT specialists. Dr. Tugrul now serves as Professor at Medipol Acıbadem Hospital. He leads advanced ENT treatments and surgical procedures at the hospital.

Dr. Ari Derowe is a Pediatric Otolaryngologist with 32 years of clinical experience. He leads the Pediatric Otolaryngology Unit at Ichilov Sourasky Medical Center in Tel Aviv. Dr. Derowe earned his medical degree and completed his specialization in Otorhinolaryngology at Sackler University. He also trained at Kaplan and Meir Hospitals.

Dr. Derowe teaches at Stanford School of Medicine. He is known for his work in pediatric ENT surgery. He is a member of the Israel Medical Association, the Israeli and American Societies of Otolaryngology, and the American Bronchoesophageal Association. Dr. Avraam Abergel is a specialist in Otolaryngology and Hearing Impairment. He is the Deputy Head of the Department of Otolaryngology and the Acting Director of the Department of Hearing Impairment at Sourasky Medical Center.
