He is a founder of Plastic Surgery Tijuana (PLASTIKS) and holds degrees in general medicine, general surgery, and plastic surgery from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, Hospital de Especialidades Centro Médico Nacional de Occidente in Guadalajara, and CMCPER. Dr. Türkaslan became an Associate Professor in 2010. He has worked at Bezmialem University and Istanbul Yavuz Selim Hospital.
