I was born in Adana in 1983. I graduated from Hacettepe University (ing) in 2007 and started to work as an orthopedic assistant at İzmir Atatürk Training and Research Hospital in 2008. I did my master's thesis on the rotator cuff healing of dicholefenac sodium. As a specialist in 2013, I started at Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital and got my associate professorship there in 2018. In 2017, I worked as a Clinical fellow in the publication of Prof Dr Philip Lobenhoffer for Knee Circumferential Osteotomies, unicondylar and total knee arthroplasty in Germany (Go:h Sports Clinic/Hannover). I started working at Istinye University Hospital in 2019. I am married and have 2 children.

Professor Dr. Cenap Zeybek is a respected Pediatric Cardiologist known for his skill in advanced heart procedures. He became an Associate Professor in 2011. In 2017, he was promoted to Professor. This shows his expertise and leadership in pediatric cardiology. Thanks to the professor and his team, the department has been modernised by introducing modern surgical methods of treatment and especially improved methods of post-operative recovery. The Department of Surgery at the Solingen Clinic is now further expanding its focus on minimally invasive surgery in the direction of robotics. The clinic has allocated a huge budget for the purchase of state-of-the-art equipment in order to offer patients a full range of surgical methods for the treatment of benign and malignant diseases of the oesophagus, lungs, stomach, liver, pancreas and intestines according to current guidelines and using the most modern technical equipment.

Professor Schenker is an active researcher and lecturer. He lectures at medical universities and organises seminars and workshops for colleagues. He cooperates closely with the Cancer Centre, the Pancreatic Cancer Treatment Centre, the Intestinal Cancer Treatment Centre and the Interregional Trauma Centre.
