Dr. Rani Umul Khair is a board-certified plastic & reconstructive surgeon with 13 years of experience in the field. She received post-graduate training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, India, which has one of the oldest plastic surgery departments in the country. Following which she pursued fellowship in cleft lip and palate at G S Memorial Hospital, Varanasi under the Smile Train Programme. This centre operates among the largest number of cases of cleft lip and palate cases in the world. She then pursued her Fellowship in Microvascular Surgery, at Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai, India. Dr. Özlem Çolak is a Professor of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. She earned her medical degree from Kocaeli University. She completed her specialization at Ankara Training and Research Hospital. Dr. Çolak has held academic roles at the University of Health Sciences and Demiroğlu Bilim University. Dr. Miroslav Krejca is a plastic surgeon with broad experience in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. He graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine at Charles University in Prague. He earned a position at the St. Andrew’s Centre for Plastic Surgery in Billericay, England. Later, he returned to Prague and worked at the Central Military Hospital (ÚVN) for 15 years. There, he focused on reconstructive and hand surgery. Dr. Krejca is also an assistant professor at the First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University. He practices at Bulovka University Hospital as well.

Since 1995, he has worked in aesthetic surgery through his private practice. He has also practiced internationally in England and Ireland. His main expertise includes aesthetic procedures and hand surgery, with a special focus on Dupuytren’s disease.
