Dr. Özlem Çolak is a Professor of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. She earned her medical degree from Kocaeli University. She completed her specialization at Ankara Training and Research Hospital. Dr. Çolak has held academic roles at the University of Health Sciences and Demiroğlu Bilim University. She became an Associate Professor in 2019 and a full Professor in 2024.

Dr. Çolak has published many national and international articles. She has also been an invited speaker at professional meetings and congresses. She gained additional clinical experience in Germany. Dr. Çolak has made important contributions to both academic and surgical practice in her field.

Dr. Simonas Kaupas is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He has broad clinical experience and completed residencies in both orthopedics and plastic surgery at Vilnius University. Dr. Kaupas has also completed international fellowships in hand and reconstructive surgery in Sweden, Nepal, and the Czech Republic. He has attended advanced training courses throughout Europe.

Dr. Kaupas specializes in aesthetic surgery, maxillofacial and breast reconstruction, facial nerve paralysis treatment, and complex hand and wrist surgery. He is an active member of Lithuanian and international plastic surgery congresses and often presents his work. Dr. Mustafa Aydinol is a board-certified plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgeon. He holds an M.D. from Dicle University School of Medicine in Turkey. He also studied at Cumhuriyet University School of Medicine in Turkey.

He completed his residency at Akdeniz University Hospital. He trained under Prof. Ömer Özkan. He was an active team member in uterus and double-arm transplant surgeries.

In 2023, he won second place (Clinical Branch) in the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Research Competition. He taught plastic surgery at Adıyaman Training and Research Hospital from 2023 to 2025. He has spoken at national congresses and contributed to publications.
